Refunds and Returns:

  • Due to the unique nature of our handmade pieces, we do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase for items in their original, new, and unused condition.
  • Please note that custom pieces are non-refundable.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Ensure that the item is in its original, new, and unused condition, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange promptly.

Return Shipping:

  • All return shipping costs and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs only in the rare case of a product being faulty.

Exchanges Process:

  • Exchanged items will be processed in the same manner as new orders.
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference will be charged accordingly.
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will issue a store credit for the price difference.
