Refunds and Returns:
- Due to the unique nature of our handmade pieces, we do not offer refunds.
- Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase for items in their original, new, and unused condition.
- Please note that custom pieces are non-refundable.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
- Ensure that the item is in its original, new, and unused condition, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange promptly.
Return Shipping:
- All return shipping costs and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We will cover the return shipping costs only in the rare case of a product being faulty.
Exchanges Process:
- Exchanged items will be processed in the same manner as new orders.
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference will be charged accordingly.
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will issue a store credit for the price difference.
